• The Annual Pass is valid for 1 year from the first usage date
• Annual Pass holders enjoy FREE parking at the Visitor Parking only.
• Annual Pass needs to be redeemed at the park guest services within 60 days after the date of purchase to collect the Annual Pass.
• Please ensure you have your annual pass with you while visiting the parks. Failing to do so may not permit your entry
• The Annual Pass entitles the holder to admission to the selected theme park(s) for the duration of the validity period of the Annual Pass and subject to the available usage entitlements associated with the Annual Pass.
• Annual Passes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be offered for resale under any circumstances.
• An Annual Pass purchaser may purchase passes only for his/her own personal use and/or that of his/her guest(s).
• Collection of your personal information will be conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• The Park(s) reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions.
• Annual Pass discount cannot be combined with any other promotion
• Our park hours change seasonally, please check our website to know the hours of the parks on your day of visit
• Should you forget to carry or lose/misplace your annual pass, we can reissue it at a nominal fee of 50 Dhs each.
• Guests above the age of 3 need a valid ticket or annual pass for admission. Valid Id Proof is needed.
• Outside food and beverages are prohibited, except for infant or dietary food in a non-glass container
• Children below 3 years are free of charge.
